Barrows repair

Fully degraded Barrows pieces sell for less than new ones. Repair costs a fixed price per slot at an NPC, or less at an armour stand in your own house: every two Smithing levels take 1% off. Prices assume you buy and sell instantly, so these profits are the safe floor; with offers you earn more.
