Jewellery recharging

Uncharged glories, skills necklaces, combat bracelets and rings of wealth recharge for free at a fountain or totem pole. When the charged version sells for more than the uncharged one plus the GE tax, charging them in bulk pays. Glories and rings only charge unnoted, so each trip takes one inventory; skills necklaces and combat bracelets also charge noted at the Fountain of Rune, which is in the Wilderness, so bring only what you can lose. Prices assume you buy and sell instantly, so these profits are the safe floor; with offers you earn more.
