WoW: Forever opens on 4 November. Prices come from players who scan the auction house with the GameMargins addon and upload the file; then this page works out the profit of every recipe. Until then it lists the recipes with their reagents, skill ranges and vendor prices.
Reagents cost what they sell for on the auction house: your own price from your price list, else the market price from the scans (the middle of the cheapest tenth listed); thread, dyes, vials, flux and spices come from a vendor when that is cheaper. The result sells on the auction house after its 5% cut, or to a vendor when that pays more. A missing price? Nobody has scanned it lately: open the item and set your own, or scan the auction house.
